As an energy healer, Susan has worked with the body’s chakras (energy centers) for many years. Each one is unique and provides an insightful view of who we are and what is going on in our lives.

In this classet series, we are talking about a general overview of the seven major chakras. This energy anatomy system within our human body is at the heart of our health and well being. If fact, everything in our lives and health can be traced back to our chakras. Can you see why an energy healer gets so excited about them? They are the key to wellness, awareness, and spiritual growth. What’s not to love!
In today’s classet, we are going to cover energy flow. We call the energy of the body, “Life Force Energy.” Anything healthy - including Life Force Energy - is going to be moving, cycling, balanced, and strong. This could be physical (for example, think of the cells of our body). And it certainly applies to our energy anatomy. We healers know that if there is discomfort, disease, or pain in the physical body, we will certainly find a difficulty in the flow of energy somewhere. The trick is to get it flowing again which in turn will allow the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual to mend.
Think of a river.
When working with my clients to help their energy flow better, it often reminds me of water. When a creek is dammed up and the water can’t flow, over time, it will putrefy. However, if we can open up the flow and let the water run its natural, healthy course it will become clear and pure again.
There are many ways of getting our Life Force Energy to flow better. In fact, there are many techniques from all over the world that do this. When you geek out about this stuff like I do, it’s fun to study many of these styles and techniques. But I will say, no matter the modality, it seems to all boil down to this - get the dammed energy flowing again!
And speaking of our world, here are some words that mean “Life Force Energy.”
