#4. Susan Teaches: Introduction to the Seven Major Chakras of the Human Body - Names and Locations (WRITTEN Classet Series)

As an energy healer, Susan has worked with the body’s chakras (energy centers) for many years. Each one is unique and provides an insightful view of who we are and what is going on in our lives.

Classets (WRITTEN) -

In this Classet series, we are covering the seven major chakras (energy centers) of the body. They run in a straight line through the middle of the body from the base of the spine (#1) to the top of the head (#7). Here are their names.

And here are the locations of the chakras:

#7 - The Crown Chakra = At the top or crown of the head

#6 - The Third Eye Chakra = In the center of the head, at the Pineal Gland

#5 - The Throat Chakra = At the base of the throat

#4 - The Heart Chakra = In the center of the chest near the heart

#3 - The Solar Plexus Chakra = About 2 inches above the belly button (this will depend on the length of the torso)

#2 - The Sacral Chakra = About 2 inches below the belly button (this will depend on the length of the torso)

#1 - The Root Chakra = At the base of the spine

Remember that all of these locations are in the center of the body. Also, energy leaves and enters the chakras from the front and back. I like to call them the front and back doors of the chakras. Because of this, the energy of each chakra can be felt and seen at both the front and back of the body. These energies also runs up and down through the chakras. I like to think of it as the chakras talking with each other. And indeed, they work together and not as separate entities.
